May 15, 2019Non-profit software provider Blackbaud Europe has published a free eBook sharing the expertise of seven digital fundraising experts and aimed at helping non-profits use digital technology to increase support.
For nfpInsights 2019 Expanding Your Supporter Base through Digital Innovation, Blackbaud Europe asked a series of UK experts from the sector for their views on what digital transformation is and what its impact means for the sector, as well as how it can help non-profits expand their supporter base.
In the foreword, Casper Harratt, director of marketing at Blackbaud Europe says:
“The most exciting thing about digital transformation is that despite sounding complicated, it could actually bring with it some really simple solutions to difficult problems you’ve very likely faced.”
The eBook explores crowdfunding, virtual events, gaming, social media and more, including case studies such as how Alzheimer Research UK’s Running Down Dementia virtual event raised over £900,000 across three years. Each of its seven chapters is written by a different expert, including JustGiving’s general manager Keith Williams, Zoe Amar, founder of Zoe Amar Communications, and Lucy Squance, director of supporter-led fundraising, at Alzheimer’s Research UK.
It can be downloaded from the Blackbaud Europe site.
