What is Skillshare?
The Skillshare is EFA’s long-standing annual event for the European fundraising community. Focusing on current fundraising issues and challenges for fundraisers and fundraising associations, it is a unique opportunity to come together with peers from across Europe to exchange knowledge and expertise, to learn, and to network.
Last year’s highlights
Last year’s Skillshare took place in Prague, with a record number of representatives from fundraising associations, sector bodies, nonprofits and tech experts across Europe.
The two-day event saw around 50 delegates share insights, expertise, and views on the theme of Elevate & Innovate: Empowering Fundraising in Europe.
Highlights included a European Tour with EFA members representing 14 countries presenting updates and insights on professional training in their countries, and key fundraising trends, challenges and opportunities. A special focus on AI explored its transformative effect on fundraising as well as the challenges and key issues, including ethics and data integrity.
