Take part in CFRE’s Professional Value & Career Survey

CFRE International is conducting research to better understand the experiences and perspectives of fundraising professionals across the sector. This includes how they view professional certification, career development, and employer recognition, including what influences their decision to pursue credentials such as CFRE Certification. The findings will help shape its next strategic plan and future research priorities.

All fundraising professionals are encouraged to participate. CFRE wants to hear from fundraisers at every career stage, including current and former CFREs, those pursuing certification, and those who have never considered it.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and a separate, optional section asks about compensation and career experiences. Findings will be reported in aggregate.
