The annual Remember A Charity Week takes place this month aiming to inspire people in the UK to think about leaving a charitable gift in their will. This news comes at the same time as an announcement from Legacy Foresight that legacy giving in the UK has grown by almost 10% over the past year.
Optimism amongst UK charities is on the rise as signs of the economic recovery continue, according to the research report, Managing In The New Normal produced by PwC, Charity Finance Group (CFG) and the Institute of Fundraising. Seven out of 10 respondents to the survey were optimistic about the next 12 months as charities look for ways to make the most of the recovery.
