The Polish Fundraising Association has launched a national charitable campaign, Kilometres of Good, which aims to beat the Guinness World Record for the longest line of coins.

Nonprofit organisations in 6 Polish cities have begun collecting donations of one zloty coins (equivalent to €0.24), which will be laid out on 01 July aiming to create a line of charitable coins exceeding 75 kilometres to beat former record holders in Austria.

The coins are donated to finance participating organisations’s key projects, including the development of a new hypnotherapy centre and a charitable fund for children.

The wide range of charitable causes represented in this campaign has already attracted large numbers of supporters.
