A new collaborative campaign has launched in Italy, developed by the Piedmont region’s Department of Culture. The Hangar Point project aims to help local non-profit arts and cultural organisations to become more financially sustainable and increase their capacity to attract and cultivate new audiences.
One in three Italian nonprofits reported an increase in fundraising income between 2012 and 2013, according to a study of fundraising trends and behaviour compiled with data from more than 200 organisations.
A new Board of Directors of ASSIF (the Italian Association of Fundraising) has been elected and will remain in post for the next three years (until 2016).
